delia's dress is 37 1/2 " long
f21's is only 30" long
and for me blue > red
I guess it's all in what you're looking for and whether you're willing to pay $10+ more for a color.
I like blue and red dresses...so color wouldn't sway me as much... besides, the top of the Forever 21 dress looks more fitting and short dresses look better on short people like me. :)
